Brooke Keeler started Foster The Light as a way to use her creative gifts and compassionate heart to inspire others with unique and tangible opportunities connected to her passion of advocating for the vulnerable.

Foster the Light not only brings light to the foster care community, it also supports artists and makers doing good around the globe.

Brooke and her husband have been married for 21 years and have 4 children, two of whom they adopted from foster care. She is a former child welfare social worker, an identical twin, a lover of Jesus and an avid dark coffee drinker. She may also have a mild obsession with rugs, big earrings and peel and stick wallpaper!

Brooke believes that when it comes to foster care, EVERYONE CAN DO SOMETHING. She hopes that each purchase you make through Foster The Light reminds you to pray for, advocate for, open your home to, or wrap your arms around someone affected by foster care—whether it be a child, a parent with a child in care or a foster family.
